Jared S. Rosenbaum is an experienced lawyer helping individuals and families plan with confidence. He advises clients on wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning, taking the time to understand their circumstances and develop practical solutions that reflect their wishes and protect those they care about.
Clients appreciate Jared’s thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and his ability to explain complex issues in clear, straightforward language. He takes care to ensure that every estate plan is carefully considered and tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives.
Before focusing on wills and estates, Jared maintained a broad litigation practice at leading Bay Street firms, representing individuals and businesses in commercial disputes, employment law matters and class actions.
Jared earned his J.D. from Western Law, where he was a finalist in the Torys LLP Negotiation Competition, represented the faculty at the national Winkler Moot, and served two terms as President of the Jewish Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Jared completed a First Class Honours B.A. in Early Modern Studies and History, jointly conferred by the University of King’s College and Dalhousie University.
