Jason is a patent and drug regulatory litigation lawyer in Toronto. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. Jason draws on his years of experience as a lawyer in leading law firms to provide clients with practical advice to meet their commercial goals.
Jason has appeared as counsel in many precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board.
