Mark is the principal of Wiffen Litigation. After working at a large national law firm, Mark opened Wiffen Litigation in order to provide more efficient, client oriented solutions for his clients.
Prior to practicing law, Mark obtained a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, and gained experience in both the public and private sectors of the construction industry. Using this experience, Mark has litigated on behalf of developers, general contractors, owners and trade contractors in various types of construction disputes.
