Ben is an Ontario Employment and Civil Litigation lawyer. He gives legal advice about workplace issues to employees and employers, and he takes cases to court when disputes require adjudication.
Ben’s civil litigation practice also includes matters in a variety of other legal contexts outside of employment law, such as creditor’s rights law, contract law, insurance law, defamation, professional negligence, civil fraud, real estate litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Ben grew up in Toronto. He received his B.A. in 2007 from Acadia University (Wolfville, Nova Scotia) before returning to the city to obtain his J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, in 2011.
Ben has previously practiced law out of offices in Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga. Currently based in Toronto, Ben understands that a modern legal practice can have a wide reach, and he aims to provide his legal services to a broad clientele throughout southern Ontario.
