Tulving-Blais, Elo

Law practise consists of Business Law: Incorporations, Trademark Applications, all kinds of business contracts, international business contracts, technology licensing, legal advice on intellectual property (IP) protection and commercialization. Clients are mostly small and medium size businesses and entrepreneurs. They do business in Canada, cross-border and globally. Elo is Past Chair of the International Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario), and past Editor-in-Chief of “Canadian International Lawyer”, a law journal published for international lawyers. She is a speaker at many conferences and author of many articles on international business and technology licensing topics. She speaks English, French and Estonian, and has studied six other languages, but at a lower fluency level.
