Juan joined Wray Legal LLP in 2020 after working at a large full-service firm in Toronto where he gained experience in corporate and commercial law. Prior to this, Juan worked as a lawyer and articling student at a Legal Clinic where he practiced employment law and handled matters before Small Claims Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Juan is fluent in Spanish, and used to host a radio show in which he discussed current trends in employment and human rights law and their effect on diverse communities. Juan also held legal workshops in English and Spanish regarding employment rights.
At Wray Legal LLP, Juan works in all areas of the firm’s practice, including employment and labour law, civil litigation, human rights, long-term disability benefits, and administrative law.
Juan earned a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2017 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. He is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.”
