Jessica worked at the Carson Chousky Lein LLP as a summer law student and has returned as an Articling Student following completion of a concurrent Master of Social Work & Juris Doctor degree at the University of Windsor. Jessica also holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a specialization in alternative dispute resolution, from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, and a graduate certificate in family mediation from York University.
Before coming to Carson Chousky Lein LLP, Jessica worked with Pro Bono Students Canada’s Family Justice Centre where she assisted low-income families who were navigating Ontario’s complex family court system. She is passionate about supporting families through difficult circumstances with proper assistance and compassion.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys soccer, golf, skateboarding, learning guitar, playing the harmonica, and creating digital graphic novels.
