Elizabeth Roberts is an associate with a broad-based civil and commercial litigation practice. Her practice includes contractual disputes, injunctive relief, professional negligence and employment disputes. Elizabeth has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Commercial List and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Elizabeth obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of Guelph in 2010. She then attended Osgoode Hall Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2013.
While at law school, Elizabeth worked as a research assistant and participated in the Parkdale Community Legal Services intensive program, as a student caseworker in the Landlord and Tenant Division. Elizabeth spent the summer after her first year studying abroad at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.
Elizabeth joined Hodder Barristers as an articling student in 2013. She returned as an associate following her call to the bar in 2014.
Elizabeth is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association.
